SHIPPING POLICY

We prefer to ship priority mail and insurance is suggested. We do NOT ship COD.

Handling fee is based on the total price of purchase plus shipping costs. Bears will be shipped as soon as payment for order is received. Please allow 2-3 days for priority mail to reach you.

All orders have a $0.45 charge for delivery confirmation. (calculated into S, H &I costs) 

RETURNS POLICY 

If there is need for a return, please follow these procedures:

  1. Telephone or e-mail us for return authorization number within 10 days of purchase.
  2. Return bear in the same packaging you received it in.
  3. Write authorization number clearly on front of pkg. in lower left corner.

  4. Upon receipt of your returned bear in undamaged condition, we will refund the price of the bear, excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs.

 

        PAYMENT POLICY    

We accept ONLY money orders or credit card payments via PayPalPlease do not send cash through the mail.  If you are not currently a member of PayPal, it is easy to register and it is fast, free and secure. (https://www.paypal.com) If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be sent a PayPal invoice requesting payment of your order via e-mail. This request will include any shipping and insurance charges when necessary.
